Andrew DeNucci
Founder & CEO
Born and raised in Toledo, Andrew graduated from the University of Toledo where he studied business, and also where he met his wife, Baleigh. Beginning in the roofing industry in 2012, Andrew rose from Field Rep to General Manager of a local roofing company before starting Veteran Roofing Services in 2020. Since founding Veteran Roofing Services, he has pursued one goal, serve the residents of Northwest Ohio by providing outstanding quality and customer service for their roofing needs.
When he isn't roofing, Andrew is a member of the Ohio Air National Guard, which he joined in 2013 and is a veteran of the War in Afghanistan.
Baleigh DeNucci
Co-Owner & CAO
A lifelong Toledo area resident, Baleigh grew up in Monclova and then attended the University of Toledo. When Veteran Roofing Services began to grow rapidly, she joined the company as the Chief Administrative Officer, where she coordinates the day to day functioning of the office.
Aside from running the office, she also runs the home, where she is a dedicated mother to her and Andrew's three children, raising the next generation of Veteran roofers.
Paul Meyers
Sales Representative
Paul has been with the Veteran Roofing team since February 2024. As a native of Sylvania, he has spent most of his life in the Northwest Ohio community. Paul was a member of the Ohio Army National Guard, completing two deployments in Iraq and Turkey, retiring in January 2025 after 21 years of service.
Today, Paul is focused on helping his community by providing exceptional customer service as a roofing contractor, committed to protecting his clients' largest investment, their home.
